Cooking with Kids en Cuisine
During the afternoon sessions, your child will learn to prepare healthy meals in an educational and a methodical manner whilst having fun. The cooking lessons are focused on healthy food including vegetables, fruit, aromatic herbs and spices.
The sessions help children become familiar with the benefits of a balanced diet and healthy food as well as the pleasure of preparing their own dishes. Cooking classes are also a great way to develop fine motor skills, expand vocabulary, work in teams and learn about measurements.

Originally from the south-west of France (Toulouse), Florence Rebattet grew up in a family where cooking was the centre of everything. She spent many hours cooking traditional dishes with my mom that allowed her to develop a taste for cooking and to know the benefits of it when it is balanced and healthy.
